SATURDAY GAME: NEW TIME, SAME PLACE

Parents:
This Saturday's game is now at 10:00 a.m. Please have your player arrive no later than 9:15 a.m. for warm-up.

Also, a reminder that we will be short 2 players on 1/17 so we MUST have every other player there. Please confirm with me that your player will be there.

The warmup jackets were handed out the boys looked great in them!

So far I have responses (either Y or N) on playing Season 2 from:

If you told me your decision at practice, and I am missing your name, please confirm if your son will be playing in Season 2 of GYSA. The latest details as recounted by Tom today (and ignore all other emails until we clarify things further):

- We need responses from parents about playing in Season 2 by tomorrow.
- Additional cost to play in Season 2 of the Academy is approximately $25. This is not confirmed. We'll take care of the back-end details of getting the $50 earmarked for Tom's coaching fees over to the Academy for those playing in Season 2.
- You do not need to write a check yet and we do not know who the check will be written to yet.
- EVERYONE has already paid for coaching through the end of March.
- Practices will still be with Tom regardless if you sign up for Season 2 or not. Same time, same place.
- They may mix up the teams FOR GAMES if there are enough for two Academy teams. Coach Tom thinks this is not a bad thing; it's more opportunities for additional games and touches on the ball. There will be a parent coach as usual and the boys will play U8 as in Season 1.
- Please continue to be discreet about the special cost arrangement. Thx!
